Build on Team Tasks

Company-scoped REST API for workspaces, boards, and tasks. Enable the $20/mo add-on, create a Bearer key, then automate against your boards.

  1. Enable API access

    Company owner or admin → Billing → API access — $20/mo → Enable. Requires an active paid subscription when Stripe billing is on.

  2. Create a key

    Name the key (e.g. Zapier) and copy the secret once. It is shown only at creation; Team Tasks stores a hash.

  3. Call the API

What you can do

Workspaces

List divisions in the key's company.

Boards

List, create, and fetch a board with columns and tasks.

Tasks

Create, read, update, complete, assign, move, and soft-delete.
